Bestandteile eines Programms

Praktischer Unterricht, Firmenbesuche und kulturelle Aktivitäten

Der praktische Unterricht wird den Bedürfnissen und dem Budget der jeweiligen Partnerorganisation angepasst. Unsere Dozentinnen und Dozenten sind spezialisiert in ihrem Fachgebiet und halten die Seminare auf Englisch oder Deutsch. Wir bieten auch Sprach- und Persönlichkeitstraining in Kombination mit der Vermittlung von kulturellen Informationen über Deutschland und die Region an.

Begleitete Firmenbesuche
Die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer besuchen Firmen aus ihrem jeweiligen Ausbildungsbereich wie z.B. die Siemens AG, die Daimler AG (PKW- und LKW-Produktion), aber auch Krankenhäuser, Druckereien, Grafikbüros oder medizinische Labors.

Kulturelle Aktivitäten
Museumsbesuche, wie z. B. ein Ausflug in das berühmte Zentrum für Kunst- und Medientechnologie Karlsruhe (ZKM) oder in das Mercedes-Benz-Museum Stuttgart sowie geführte Stadtbesichtigungen runden das Ausbildungsprogramm ab.

The programme in detail

The organisation alfatraining
erasmus+ – Practical training on selected topics, company visits and cultural programme
alfatraining is a training institute for further professional training in Germany. The headoffice of the company is situated in the city centre of Karlsruhe close to the marketplace. In collaboration with the job centre, alfatraining organizes full-time vocational training courses at a high technological level for unemployed university graduates in the following fields: mechanical-, electrical-, and architectural engineering, AutoCAD, CATIA, Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks, Inventor, EBC*L, SAP® ERP, Web-Design, ECDL, marketing, advertisement, medical data processing, e-commerce etc.

Practical training on selected topics
The practical lessons are created upon request according to your necessities and budget. Our course instructors are specialists in their field and the seminars are conducted in English or German. We also offer language and personality training sessions combined with cultural information about Germany and the region.

Guided Company Visits
Participants can visit companies in the field of their training, as for example Siemens AG and Daimler AG (car and truck production), but also hospitals, printing houses, graphic design offices, medical laboratories etc.

Cultural Programme
Museum visits, for example to the famous ZKM Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe or the Mercedes-Benz Museum Stuttgart, and guided city tours complete the training programme.
